Terms & conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to enquiries, bookings and stays at Mestni Hill (Mestni Vrh 30, 2250 Ptuj, Slovenia), operated by Eko Nordik d.o.o. The estate includes The Villa and The Barn House. Sending an enquiry or staying with us means you accept these terms.
2. Booking and payment
A stay is confirmed only after written confirmation from us and payment of the required deposit:
- Deposit: 30% of the stay total within 3 business days of our offer, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Balance: the remaining 70% no later than 14 days before arrival.
- If you book less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount is due on confirmation.
An enquiry on the website is not a confirmed booking.
3. Cancellation
- 30+ days before check-in: deposit refunded, minus a €50 administration fee.
- 14–30 days before check-in: 50% of the total stay amount is refundable.
- Less than 14 days: no refund. Travel insurance is recommended.
4. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00. Please tell us your arrival time at least 24 hours ahead when you can.
- Check-out: by 10:00. Later departure only if agreed in advance and may be charged.
5. House rules
- Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets only with prior written agreement.
- The outdoor pool, where available, is for Villa guests only, not Barn House guests, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Respect neighbours, the land, and furniture. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
6. Guests and registration
All guests must present valid ID on arrival for mandatory Slovenian tourist registration (eTurizem / AJPES). Tourist tax applies per person per night as set by local rules.
7. Liability
We take care to provide the estate as described. We are not liable for interruptions outside our control (weather, utilities, road access) beyond what Slovenian law requires. Use outdoor areas, the grill and the pool at your own risk and supervise children.
